How does it feel at the moment?

Answer for this situation, rather than for your whole life. There are no right answers.

1. I am unsure which topic to start with or what to practise next.
2. The lesson, reading, or skill I have chosen feels too advanced or too much at once.
3. Notifications, noise, or switching between sources interrupt my learning.
4. I struggle to find time or mental energy to learn alongside my other commitments.
5. I need a clearer explanation, feedback, or someone to practise with.
6. I am unsure whether this subject still interests me or serves a reason I value.

How this check-in works

This is an original MotivLearn self-reflection tool, not a validated psychological test or diagnosis. Each life area has its own questions covering six possible obstacles: clarity, scope, attention, capacity, support, and meaning. Answers run from 0 (“Not at the moment”) to 3 (“Very much”). We show up to two highest-rated obstacles above zero. Ties follow question order; a one-point answer is only a tentative signal. The wording changes with the life area; the scoring method stays consistent. Your circumstances and judgment matter more than the ordering.

After trying an experiment, choose what happened to explore an adjustment. Those suggestions follow your chosen outcome and condition; they do not recalculate your scores. You can keep an optional takeaway in your device notebook, separately from saving your check-in.

You can explore a real-life path, use the practical guides, or try printable worksheets without answering any questions.
